About the Author

Hi, I'm Nadine, the author of the work in progress, Charm, a book about murder, mystery, and redemption, and owner of the online boutique, Charm Hawaii, featuring the book's mantra, "Chuck it in the Duckit Bucket."

I a mom of 3 living on Oahu, Hawaii. I'm currently working as a background actor. I've been in a handful of major TV shows and a few movies, but you won't see me unless you know where to look. Imagine how weird films would be without all those extra people blending into the background, creating movement and energy. I love my job for many reasons, the main one being hands-on learning and the second being the wonderful people I meet. I enjoy working in the entertainment industry; I'm grateful for the incredible experiences it provides me and my family.

I'm working hard every day to turn my dream of writing a novel into a goal by starting with Charm: The Series. Charm is a collection of five novelettes that center around Lucy Bloom, her world, and its people and places. Each short story is designed to be read in about an hour or so, introducing characters and continuing Lucy's story to give a deeper look into the involved criminals' and victims' pasts and connections. The series will culminate in a novel that interweaves the short stories with deeper, darker, and juicer details in a broad storyline, connecting everything you've read for an adrenaline-pumping wild ride of a read.

I do not come from means and have no bootstraps to pull my business up by, so I'm building it brick by brick. I've built this blog and website and have much more to do. I'm at the point where I need an office, a team, and so much more. I can't go further without your help.
